Chiropractic Clinic Brandon, FL

Upon entering our chiropractic clinic Brandon or St. Petersburg, FL, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of our family. We will request that you complete our patient forms electronically via high-tech touchscreen monitor located in the lobby. This information provides us with your health history and information on your condition.

Chiropractic Clinic Consultation

Next, you will have a consultation with a member of our medical staff to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed for our chiropractic clinic staff to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals.

Chiropractic Examination

After your consultation, a member of our staff will perform a complete chiropractic examination testing your reflexes and flexibility. Other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests will be performed as well. However, nothing will be done in our office without your consent.

Digital X-Rays

Tampa Bay Spine & Injury only requests digital X-rays on an as-needed basis. The examination will determine whether digital X-rays are truly needed. At Tampa Bay Spine & Injury, we don’t believe in exposing our patients to unnecessary radiation.

Report of Findings

Once the information is collected and examinations are performed, a member of our medical staff will give you a detailed report of all findings and answer any questions including:

  1. How can you help me?
  2. How often do I need to come in?
  3. What will my treatment at your chiropractic clinic cost?

After reviewing your health history, goals, and examining your spine and X-rays, the doctor will discuss recommendations and notify you if your condition requires care with other providers. The chiropractic clinic doctors and staff at Tampa Bay Spine & Injury will provide the best treatment and wellness program for your needs.

Chiropractic Treatment

At the conclusion of this initial appointment, you can choose to experience your first treatment. This may include spinal adjustments, physical therapy, and/or soft tissue massage. Treatment is interactive, so you can express concerns about the different styles of chiropractic treatment anytime.

Brief Paperwork

Upon entering the office, we have some brief paperwork for you to fill out or you can download them now and bring them filled out. (On the home page use the link “Forms“) The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition.

Chiropractic Consultation

Once the chiropractic clinic paperwork has been completed, you will have a consultation with the doctor to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, as well as potential treatment options.

History and Examination

In order to determine what your actual problem is, the doctor will ask you various questions related to your condition. Next, a number of specialized tests will be performed to determine which tissues are affected and to what extent.

Digital X-Ray Studies

Your specific condition may require us to take digital x-rays to either rule out more serious conditions or assist us in developing the most effective treatment plan for you.

Same Day Treatment

Once finished with the examination and all appropriate studies, patients will generally be provided with their first treatment during this same visit. This may include physical therapies, neuromuscular massage, and/or soft tissue therapies.
